Heavens will be neat
Yesterday (2011-10-06) was one of the most miserable days of my life. 6th morning my brother woke me up by screaming, “Ei Steve Jobs Marila!” (Hey Steve Jobs is dead!) I was like WTF?? I quickly ran in to web to ensure if it is true. Sadly it was true! Apple’s creative visionary Steve Jobs has left the world. We get to know his death by his own product, iPhone. Even though Steve is a stunning creator, he was just 56 when he went to meet his creator. There were two simple questions that rumbled in my mind, Why him? Why so soon? It is all about Karma, as he and I both believe according to Buddhism, but I still believe he ought to be lived more.
There was another reason that made me sad yesterday. My Macbook stopped working. I was not in a mood to figure out the reason because I was in a shock with Steve’s death. I was mocking with my mind imagine that it has died because of the disorderly sympathy towards its inventor’s sudden death. I tried to get my Macbook fixed today, but could not. May be I am lucky enough to have a memento which tributes to Steve.
The day before Steve’s death, I was talking with one of my closest friends Reshi that I have decided to buy an iPad. I have been enchanted with the magical iPad. Everyone talk and like about Apple’s neat and creative product range. Even my mother likes iPhone because of the simplicity and easy learning curves. Steve is a lucky person who managed to create not only just consumers but fans of his brand.
As title suggests Steve will redesign the heavens!.
The god has left Apple
When you read the title, you might wonder who the heck is that god. If you think I’m blogging about Steve, you might also think how on earth I can compare Steve to god. In many religions god is the creator of everything. Steve is hell of an inventor. Apple fan boys around the world worship Steve as God of modern computing. By the way I am not an Apple fan boy, but I admire creative and revolutionary ideas of Steve Jobs.
According to Steve, every once in a while there is a product that changes everything in our lives. Apple managed to come up with revolutionary products that actually changed the way we work under Steve’s shadow. iPod, iPhone and iPad are the best examples. Apple managed to create an entire category of product line by introducing iPad. I believe Steve’s creative vision was the huge impact on them to be much cooler comparing to others.
Even though I am a Buddhist + Steve is also a Buddhist + I have a different view on Gods, I would like to mention there is a god in everyone’s soul. Steve has both good and bad qualities, but Apple and its competitors will surely miss him!

Found this funny commercial while surfing. It is hard to believe Microsoft came up with a creative advertisement like this. By the way I use Gmail for peronal mails and Google Apps for business work. Seriously I do not care on processing my mails for keywords to show their adwords. Let’s see whether Office 360 can give a good competition for Google.
Do you support IE6? Nope!
Yes I know Internet Explorer was the best browser. Lets say around 12 years ago. But things are changed now. In my view IE 6 is the worst Microsoft product ever. Problem is, still it has a huge market share. Even Microsoft is trying hard to update their users to newer version of IE. Therefore I have decided to stop optimizing my websites and apps for older version of browsers, Specially IE 6. If you are a web developer please comment your ideas.
